She has been an invaluable support to people made redundant or seeking careers guidance, with initiatives including a telephone careers clinic, job club, podcast, cost-of-living salary report, coaching, interview prep and much more. She is also an important advocate for more diversity in publishing.

Congratulations to all of the nominees

Thanks go to the brilliant Bookswarm team, without who this obviously couldn’t happen, and to the clients who nominated us – this is not an award we’re allowed to enter ourselves for, so we’re grateful to them for taking the time to submit a nomination to the IPG.

Congratulations also to all our amazing clients who’ve been shortlisted in various award categories: Boldwood Books, Faber, Profile Books, Swift Press, Bloomsbury, Bristol University Press, Heartwood Publishing, Bedford Square Publishers, BT Batsford, Saraband, and b small publishing.

Roll on April 24th, where the winners of all the IPG awards will be announced at a lunch hosted at the OXO Tower.
